Preparation Meeting

This week there is a preparation meeting at the Island Rec conference room on Thursday from 11:00 to 1:00 (if we need that long) to examine some maps, consider the segments Todd Kaden offered as a way to better discuss, plan and explain the possible trails and routes. This work will help the Old Military Road Trail Committee make better use of the RCTA staff time and expertise and of our time and efforts to share with the public this year and gain feedback. At this meeting we can also review the work that needs doing before the site visit with RCTA staff in February. Please attend if you are able, that’s why it’s scheduled for the lunch hour. Like all meetings, this is open to the public. The back door to the Island Rec conference room will be unlocked.
